Each order is carefully sorted by color—whites, lights, and darks—and we make sure every item is safe for machine washing.
Your laundry is always processed separately, never mixed with other customers’ items.

Clothing is promptly hung or neatly folded right out of the dryer to help maintain a crisp, wrinkle-free finish. 
Even the small details matter—we pair and fold your socks for you.

There’s no additional fee for children’s clothing, and we’re happy to accommodate any special instructions you may have.
